Many churches preach that all sins are equal in the sight of God. But we don’t live like we believe it. In fact in church there are some sins that are taboo to talk about. So what does the Bible say about all this? The answer might surprise you.
Can God forget? Yes, but not in the same way we forget something and then smack our foreheads and say “Whoops! I forgot!” God’s not one to literally forget something. But the Bible says He does, so what gives? I’m so glad you asked.
In these next sections, Jesus invites us to seek good things from the Father. He tells us what the path to the Kingdom of Heaven looks like. And He also warns us of the alternative path we could take in life – and the consequences of following it.
Our God is big. Seriously big. I’m talking infinitely big. He has no limits – despite how we mentally put Him in a box sometimes. I want to get back to the simple truth that our God is infinite in an infinite amount of ways.
